Please continue to work with your child on your child’s homework and sight words. We will begin the end of the year Assessment soon to get ready for the End of the Year Report Card.

Save the Date! Kindergarten Graduation dates has been set. Group A students will graduate on Wednesday, June 5th, 2013 starting at 9:45 a.m. Group B students will graduate on Thursday, June 6th, 2013 starting at 9:45. Parents, Grandparents, Family are all invited to join us for this wonderful celebration! This will be your child’s last day of school. After the graduation ceremony, you will collect your child’s report card and Kindergarten diploma and then take your child home to celebrate!

Weather Alert! Spring is almost here, and we will again be going outside for recess. If it is above 32 degrees and the playground is dry, we will be playing outside. PLEASE make sure your child has a coat or jacket everyday. We do not want your child to be cold while we are outside playing. Also, do to the mulch out on the playground, it is better for children to wear gym shoes or sneakers, instead of dress boots, or sandals. Mulch tends to get into the sandals and the children complain it hurts their feet.

Homework Packets are being sent home today. We apologize for not getting them out quicker. We will give you an extra week and not have them due until the week of April 8th. If you have not yet turned in the February packets, please do so as soon as possible.
SAVE THE DATES: Kindergarten will be going on a Field Trip to the Cincinnati Children’s Museum Center in May. The cost will be $8 per person. Parents who have been fingerprinted at the Main Office and have them on file for the 2012-13 school year, are welcome to join us.
Fingerprinting: Fingerprinting is required for all parents who wish to attend our field trips. It does take over 2 weeks to get results, so it is very important that you do this now. If you have been fingerprinted in years past, you must call to make sure they have not expired, and that they are still good for this school year. In years past, we have had parents who had been fingerprinted in the past and did not realize they expired, and parents who waited too long, and not be allowed to attend because their fingerprints results were not back before the field trip. The Main Office number is 513-943-5000. Please tell them you need to be fingerprinted for a field trip.

Homework Packets are being sent home today. We apologize for not getting them out quicker. We will give you an extra week and not have them due until the week of April 8th. If you have not yet turned in the February packets, please do so as soon as possible.
SAVE THE DATES: Kindergarten will be going on a Field Trip to the Cincinnati Children’s Museum Center in May. The cost will be $8 per person. Parents who have been fingerprinted at the Main Office and have them on file for the 2012-13 school year, are welcome to join us.
Fingerprinting: Fingerprinting is required for all parents who wish to attend our field trips. It does take over 2 weeks to get results, so it is very important that you do this now. If you have been fingerprinted in years past, you must call to make sure they have not expired, and that they are still good for this school year. In years past, we have had parents who had been fingerprinted in the past and did not realize they expired, and parents who waited too long, and not be allowed to attend because their fingerprints results were not back before the field trip. The Main Office number is 513-943-5000. Please tell them you need to be fingerprinted for a field trip.

Group B will be going Thursday, May 2nd, 2013
Admission will be $8 a child/adult. Permission Slips will be sent home inside your child’s 3rd Quarter Report Card Envelopes which will be sent home the last week of March. All permission slips and payments MUST be received no later than Friday, April 12th.
